DESCRIPTION
While being reborn into a loving noble family with powerful elven blood certainly isn’t a bad fate, Eucenielle can't forget the people she left behind in her previous life. All she wants is to return to her original world, but things get complicated when the crybaby crown prince, Tes, falls head-over-heels for her.
Once they reunite as adults, Eucenielle is disturbed by the drastic change in Tes' looks and personality, which everyone else seems oddly oblivious to. Though she has a feeling Tes resorted to dark measures to win her heart, Eucenielle finds herself being drawn to the tyrant regardless...

30/100She may hold the tyrant's hard, but now she holds my soul after this manhwa drained the life out of meContinue on AniListYou know when there's a manhwa that has potential for you to like it, but then all that potential is put forth in the most stereotypical, boring way possible, which just completely ruins the story? Yeah, that was essentially this manhwa. This took me a year and a half to finish, if that tells you anything.
To put it simply, this manhwa sucked. It wasn't absolutely terrible, but it sure was disappointing. Admittedly, I read this for the yandere tyrant part. Idk, I just like those sorts of stories a lot. But this male lead was just such a crybaby that he wasn't even hot. He was just frankly annoying. He wasn't an intimidating tyrant; he was just a wah-wah baby the entire time. All he knew how to do was sob, be horny, and be an emo. As for the female lead, she was simply okay. I can't recall anything all that interesting about her. She was just serious all the time, and that was it. She wasn't interesting; she just existed. And she wasn't very likable, it doesn't feel like she really values anyone in her new world. She's so focused on returning to her old world that she forgets about the people who are there for her in her new world.
It felt like, for the most part, nothing ever really happened. It was just a yap fest. The characters talked and talked, but it never felt like there was actually anything ever going on. The story wasn't interesting nor was the romance, because it just felt so incredibly lackluster the entire time. I can't believe I'm saying this, but the side characters were more interesting than the two leads! Especially the pathetic male lead, my goodness. I'd say the best part about this manhwa is the female lead's goal to return home. That was decently interesting, but still not worth it to read the entire manhwa.
The art wasn't terrible, but it was still kinda bad. Not unreadable or anything, but pretty ugly. I wasn't a fan of the male lead's character design either. The novel's cover looks soooo much better.
This could've been good if the male lead was an actual hot yandere who wasn't a crybaby. The female lead could still be serious and all, but she needs to at least be somewhat caring towards others.
Honestly, this manhwa is just plain boring. That's about it. Completely boring and a chore to get through.
