Bottom-of-the-barrel isekai with awful writing, cheap animation and a painfully generic harem.
This was absolute garbage.

There really isn't much to defend here. The story is boring, the characters are painfully generic, the animation looks cheap and the whole thing feels like another disposable isekai made from the same template we've seen a hundred times before.

Arihito is one of the blandest protagonists I've watched in a while. He barely has a personality beyond being nice, calm and conveniently good at everything. Of course everyone immediately likes him, of course every woman starts getting interested in him, and of course the story keeps finding new ways to make him look special without him ever doing anything remotely interesting.

The harem is awful. There is barely any chemistry between these characters, yet women keep attaching themselves to the protagonist like it's some automatic game mechanic. None of the relationships feel natural and most of the female cast quickly turns into different flavors of "girl who likes Arihito."

The RPG elements aren't any better. The anime constantly throws skills, classes, stats and explanations at you, but none of it makes the world interesting. It's just noise. Half the time it feels like you're watching someone read tooltips from a mediocre mobile game.

The fights are terrible too. There is almost no weight, tension or excitement. Characters stand around, abilities activate, effects flash on screen and enemies die. That's basically it. For an anime about dungeon exploration, the actual dungeon crawling is unbelievably dull.

The pacing somehow manages to be both slow and rushed. It wastes time explaining pointless mechanics and fanservice, then rushes through actual events like they barely matter. Characters appear, join the party and become important before you've even had a reason to care about them.

And then there's the fanservice. It just gets worse as the series goes on. Instead of developing the world or making the party interesting, the anime keeps wasting time on cheap harem scenes and girls obsessing over a protagonist with the personality of a blank wall.

Even visually there is almost nothing worth praising. The animation is stiff, the action is lifeless and a lot of scenes look unfinished or simply cheap. There are moments where the show genuinely feels like it was produced with the absolute minimum amount of effort possible.

By the end I wasn't disappointed because the anime "wasted its potential." I don't think it had much potential in the first place. The premise is basic, the writing is weak and the execution makes everything even worse.

It's just another bottom-of-the-barrel isekai with an overpowered protagonist, RPG menus, a growing harem and almost nothing memorable about it.

I finished it, and I genuinely don't know why.
