Regent vs Afro: The Eternal Rival's Pure-Hearted School!

Bo-bobo encounters his greatest rival: Captain Battleship, the ducktailed master of a personal "Fist of the Nosehair" style! But there's more to him than meets the eye: how does Gasser know who he is? Why is he fighting against other Hair Hunters if he himself is a Hair Hunter elite?
